This sheet helps you keep track of detailed information and descriptions of items you sell as a trading assistant. You need to know from the seller information such as:

• Age & Condition, Damages and Flaws,
• Materials made of,
• Opening bids and reserve pricing,
• any additional information...

Having this information to fill out while you are with the consignor helps you provide an accurate description for your items to potential buyers, increasing your likely hood for sales.

• Customer Receipt with Details

Once transactions are complete, clients will want to be paid, and want to know the specific breakdown of your commission fees. You can send your client this sheet along with the payment check. This sheet will give a very detailed and specific breakdown of how you calculated the final payment to the client.

• Advertising Posters
